inter+act Web Platform

Inter+act is an intranet platform for an integrated architectural and engineering firm. The platform serves as an essential collaborative platform across six studios for internal communication, sharing knowledge and resources and promoting the firm's core values around brand, business and culture.

The process started with meeting with firm leaders to establish priorities and goals for the site. From there, my team and I started the process of building out the site wireframe. Additionally, we met with employees throughout the firm to understand their needs, as well as pain points from the old site. We used this information to develop the wireframe, and establish layouts and page architecture for the site.

I led my team in meeting with leaders and colleagues to help them understand the potential of their spaces, and guide them in building them out. We were able to create an ecosystem for collaboration, knowledge sharing, training, onboarding, and much more.
